Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your cookware in its original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
